| اقْتَرَبَتِ السَّاعَةُ وَانشَقَّ الْقَمَرُ (1) Hora advenit closer moon split |
| وَإِن يَرَوْا آيَةً يُعْرِضُوا وَيَقُولُوا سِحْرٌ مُّسْتَمِرٌّ (2) Tunc they vide miracle; they turned dictus Veteris magic |
| وَكَذَّبُوا وَاتَّبَعُوا أَهْوَاءَهُمْ ۚ وَكُلُّ أَمْرٍ مُّسْتَقِرٌّ (3) They disbelieved subsequentis their opinions adhered to their veteris traditions |
| وَلَقَدْ جَاءَهُم مِّنَ الْأَنبَاءِ مَا فِيهِ مُزْدَجَرٌ (4) Sufficient warnings delivered alert them |
| حِكْمَةٌ بَالِغَةٌ ۖ فَمَا تُغْنِ النُّذُرُ (5) Major wisdom; totus warnings est in vain |
| فَتَوَلَّ عَنْهُمْ ۘ يَوْمَ يَدْعُ الدَّاعِ إِلَىٰ شَيْءٍ نُّكُرٍ (6) Ignore them; feria advenit when caller announce terrible disaster |
| خُشَّعًا أَبْصَارُهُمْ يَخْرُجُونَ مِنَ الْأَجْدَاثِ كَأَنَّهُمْ جَرَادٌ مُّنتَشِرٌ (7) Cum their eyes humiliated they advenit graves scattered locusts |
| مُّهْطِعِينَ إِلَى الدَّاعِ ۖ يَقُولُ الْكَافِرُونَ هَٰذَا يَوْمٌ عَسِرٌ (8) Prout they respond caller disbelievers dictus Hoc est difficult feria |
| ۞ كَذَّبَتْ قَبْلَهُمْ قَوْمُ نُوحٍ فَكَذَّبُوا عَبْدَنَا وَقَالُوا مَجْنُونٌ وَازْدُجِرَ (9) people Noah disbelieved them. They disbelieved noster servus dictus Crazy He persecuted |
| فَدَعَا رَبَّهُ أَنِّي مَغْلُوبٌ فَانتَصِرْ (10) He implored his Dominus ego oppressed grant me victory |
| فَفَتَحْنَا أَبْوَابَ السَّمَاءِ بِمَاءٍ مُّنْهَمِرٍ (11) Nos tunc opened gates caelum pouring aqua |
| وَفَجَّرْنَا الْأَرْضَ عُيُونًا فَالْتَقَى الْمَاءُ عَلَىٰ أَمْرٍ قَدْ قُدِرَ (12) Nos causa fons gush terra! Aqua met effect predetermined decision |
| وَحَمَلْنَاهُ عَلَىٰ ذَاتِ أَلْوَاحٍ وَدُسُرٍ (13) Nos carried eum watercraft factus logs ropes |
| تَجْرِي بِأَعْيُنِنَا جَزَاءً لِّمَن كَانَ كُفِرَ (14) It ran noster watchful eyes reward 1 qui rejected |
| وَلَقَد تَّرَكْنَاهَا آيَةً فَهَلْ مِن مُّدَّكِرٍ (15) Nos set it lesson. any de vos wish learn |
| فَكَيْفَ كَانَ عَذَابِي وَنُذُرِ (16) Quam terrible est My retribution warnings |
| وَلَقَدْ يَسَّرْنَا الْقُرْآنَ لِلذِّكْرِ فَهَلْ مِن مُّدَّكِرٍ (17) Nos factus Quran easy learn any de vos wish learn |
| كَذَّبَتْ عَادٌ فَكَيْفَ كَانَ عَذَابِي وَنُذُرِ (18) ‘Aad disbelieved Consequently quam terrible est My retribution warnings |
| إِنَّا أَرْسَلْنَا عَلَيْهِمْ رِيحًا صَرْصَرًا فِي يَوْمِ نَحْسٍ مُّسْتَمِرٍّ (19) Nos sent them violent winds feria continuous misery |
| تَنزِعُ النَّاسَ كَأَنَّهُمْ أَعْجَازُ نَخْلٍ مُّنقَعِرٍ (20) It tossed people circiter prout they decayed palm tree trunks |
| فَكَيْفَ كَانَ عَذَابِي وَنُذُرِ (21) Quam terrible est My retribution warnings |
| وَلَقَدْ يَسَّرْنَا الْقُرْآنَ لِلذِّكْرِ فَهَلْ مِن مُّدَّكِرٍ (22) Nos factus Quran easy learn any de vos wish learn |
| كَذَّبَتْ ثَمُودُ بِالنُّذُرِ (23) Thamoud rejected warnings |
| فَقَالُوا أَبَشَرًا مِّنَّا وَاحِدًا نَّتَّبِعُهُ إِنَّا إِذًا لَّفِي ضَلَالٍ وَسُعُرٍ (24) They dictus nos subsequentis unus de nos; human est Nos tunc iit astray tunc finis Hell |
| أَأُلْقِيَ الذِّكْرُ عَلَيْهِ مِن بَيْنِنَا بَلْ هُوَ كَذَّابٌ أَشِرٌ (25) message advenit eum nos? He est flagrant liar |
| سَيَعْلَمُونَ غَدًا مَّنِ الْكَذَّابُ الْأَشِرُ (26) They perfecit invenit out cras qui flagrant liar est |
| إِنَّا مُرْسِلُو النَّاقَةِ فِتْنَةً لَّهُمْ فَارْتَقِبْهُمْ وَاصْطَبِرْ (27) Nos sending camel test them. Watch them est patient |
| وَنَبِّئْهُمْ أَنَّ الْمَاءَ قِسْمَةٌ بَيْنَهُمْ ۖ كُلُّ شِرْبٍ مُّحْتَضَرٌ (28) Inform them aqua divided them; (camel) allowed drink eam designated feria |
| فَنَادَوْا صَاحِبَهُمْ فَتَعَاطَىٰ فَعَقَرَ (29) they persuaded their friend kill (camel) he obliged |
| فَكَيْفَ كَانَ عَذَابِي وَنُذُرِ (30) Consequently quam terrible est My retribution! They warned |
| إِنَّا أَرْسَلْنَا عَلَيْهِمْ صَيْحَةً وَاحِدَةً فَكَانُوا كَهَشِيمِ الْمُحْتَظِرِ (31) Nos sent them 1 blow whereupon they became like harvested hay |
| وَلَقَدْ يَسَّرْنَا الْقُرْآنَ لِلذِّكْرِ فَهَلْ مِن مُّدَّكِرٍ (32) Nos factus Quran easy learn any de vos wish learn |
| كَذَّبَتْ قَوْمُ لُوطٍ بِالنُّذُرِ (33) people Lot rejected warnings |
| إِنَّا أَرْسَلْنَا عَلَيْهِمْ حَاصِبًا إِلَّا آلَ لُوطٍ ۖ نَّجَّيْنَاهُم بِسَحَرٍ (34) Nos showered them rocks Unus Lot's familia saved apud dawn |
| نِّعْمَةً مِّنْ عِندِنَا ۚ كَذَٰلِكَ نَجْزِي مَن شَكَرَ (35) Nos beatus eum his familia; nos sic reward appreciative |
| وَلَقَدْ أَنذَرَهُم بَطْشَتَنَا فَتَمَارَوْا بِالنُّذُرِ (36) He warned them noster requital they ridiculed warnings |
| وَلَقَدْ رَاوَدُوهُ عَن ضَيْفِهِ فَطَمَسْنَا أَعْيُنَهُمْ فَذُوقُوا عَذَابِي وَنُذُرِ (37) They negotiated eum his guests; nos blinded them. Suffer My retribution; vos warned |
| وَلَقَدْ صَبَّحَهُم بُكْرَةً عَذَابٌ مُّسْتَقِرٌّ (38) Nudius the deinde morning devastating retribution struck them |
| فَذُوقُوا عَذَابِي وَنُذُرِ (39) Suffer My retribution; vos warned |
| وَلَقَدْ يَسَّرْنَا الْقُرْآنَ لِلذِّكْرِ فَهَلْ مِن مُّدَّكِرٍ (40) Nos factus Quran easy learn any de vos wish learn |
| وَلَقَدْ جَاءَ آلَ فِرْعَوْنَ النُّذُرُ (41) Pharaoh's people warned |
| كَذَّبُوا بِآيَاتِنَا كُلِّهَا فَأَخَذْنَاهُمْ أَخْذَ عَزِيزٍ مُّقْتَدِرٍ (42) They rejected totus noster signum. Consequently nos requited them prout Almighty Omnipotent should |
| أَكُفَّارُكُمْ خَيْرٌ مِّنْ أُولَٰئِكُمْ أَمْ لَكُم بَرَاءَةٌ فِي الزُّبُرِ (43) est tuus disbelievers bene than those disbelievers? Vos absolved scripture |
| أَمْ يَقُولُونَ نَحْنُ جَمِيعٌ مُّنتَصِرٌ (44) Perhaps they think Nos est winners |
| سَيُهْزَمُ الْجَمْعُ وَيُوَلُّونَ الدُّبُرَ (45) Totus de them defeated they turn circiter flee |
| بَلِ السَّاعَةُ مَوْعِدُهُمْ وَالسَّاعَةُ أَدْهَىٰ وَأَمَرُّ (46) Hora awaiting them Hora est far malus painful |
| إِنَّ الْمُجْرِمِينَ فِي ضَلَالٍ وَسُعُرٍ (47) Certainly guilty est astray finis in Hell |
| يَوْمَ يُسْحَبُونَ فِي النَّارِ عَلَىٰ وُجُوهِهِمْ ذُوقُوا مَسَّ سَقَرَ (48) They dragged hellfire forcibly. Suffer agony retribution |
| إِنَّا كُلَّ شَيْءٍ خَلَقْنَاهُ بِقَدَرٍ (49) Everything nos created precisely measured |
| وَمَا أَمْرُنَا إِلَّا وَاحِدَةٌ كَلَمْحٍ بِالْبَصَرِ (50) Noster commands perfecit blink eye |
| وَلَقَدْ أَهْلَكْنَا أَشْيَاعَكُمْ فَهَلْ مِن مُّدَّكِرٍ (51) Nos annihilated tuus counterparts. any de vos wish learn |
| وَكُلُّ شَيْءٍ فَعَلُوهُ فِي الزُّبُرِ (52) Everything they perfecit actum scriptures |
| وَكُلُّ صَغِيرٍ وَكَبِيرٍ مُّسْتَطَرٌ (53) Everything parvulus magnus scripsit |
| إِنَّ الْمُتَّقِينَ فِي جَنَّاتٍ وَنَهَرٍ (54) Surely righteous deserved gardens rivers |
| فِي مَقْعَدِ صِدْقٍ عِندَ مَلِيكٍ مُّقْتَدِرٍ (55) In ut position de honor Omnipotent Rex |
