﴿فَعَّالٞ لِّمَا يُرِيدُ ﴾
[البُرُوج: 16]
﴿فعال لما يريد﴾ [البُرُوج: 16]
| Abdel Haleem He does whatever He will |
| Abdul Hye and (He) does whatever He intends (or wills) |
