| قُلْ أَعُوذُ بِرَبِّ الْفَلَقِ (1) Say, “I seek refuge with the Lord of the daybreak |
| مِن شَرِّ مَا خَلَقَ (2) from the harm of all what He has created |
| وَمِن شَرِّ غَاسِقٍ إِذَا وَقَبَ (3) from the harm of night’s darkness when it spreads around |
| وَمِن شَرِّ النَّفَّاثَاتِ فِي الْعُقَدِ (4) from the harm of the sorceresses who blow on knots |
| وَمِن شَرِّ حَاسِدٍ إِذَا حَسَدَ (5) and from the harm of the envier when he envies |
