And you are free (from sin, to punish the enemies of Islam

﴿وَأَنتَ حِلُّۢ بِهَٰذَا ٱلۡبَلَدِ ﴾
[البَلَد: 2]

And you are free (from sin, to punish the enemies of Islam on the Day of the conquest) in this city (Makkah)

﴿وأنت حل بهذا البلد﴾ [البَلَد: 2]
