﴿ألم نشرح لك صدرك﴾ [الشَّرح: 1]
| Abdel Haleem Did We not relieve your heart for you [Prophet] |
| Abdul Hye Have We not opened your heart for you (O Muhammad) |
| Abdullah Yusuf Ali Have We not expanded thee thy breast |
| Abdul Majid Daryabadi Have We not opened forth for thee thy breast |
| Ahmed Ali HAVE WE NOT opened up your breast |
