﴿وَأَنۢبَتۡنَا عَلَيۡهِ شَجَرَةٗ مِّن يَقۡطِينٖ ﴾
[الصَّافَات: 146]
﴿وأنبتنا عليه شجرة من يقطين﴾ [الصَّافَات: 146]
| Dr Kamal Omar And We caused to grow, for his sake, a plant of the gourd kind |
| Dr Laleh Bakhtiar We caused a vine of gourd to develop over him |
| Dr Munir Munshey We grew a plant _ a creeper _ over and around (to shade and protect) him |
| Edward Henry Palmer and we made to grow over him a gourd tree |
