﴿۞ قُلۡ إِنِّي نُهِيتُ أَنۡ أَعۡبُدَ ٱلَّذِينَ تَدۡعُونَ مِن دُونِ ٱللَّهِ لَمَّا جَآءَنِيَ ٱلۡبَيِّنَٰتُ مِن رَّبِّي وَأُمِرۡتُ أَنۡ أُسۡلِمَ لِرَبِّ ٱلۡعَٰلَمِينَ ﴾
[غَافِر: 66]
﴿قل إني نهيت أن أعبد الذين تدعون من دون الله لما جاءني﴾ [غَافِر: 66]
| Shabbir Ahmed Say, "I am forbidden to obey whom you call upon instead of Allah, since all evidence of the Truth has come to me from my Lord and I am commanded to surrender to the Lord of the Worlds |
| Syed Vickar Ahamed Say: "I have been forbidden to worship those whom you worship besides Allah— Since that the clear evidences have come to me from my Lord; And I have been ordered to bow (down in Islam) to the Lord of the Worlds (Rab-Al-'Ala'meen) |
