﴿إِنَّ رَبَّكُمُ ٱللَّهُ ٱلَّذِي خَلَقَ ٱلسَّمَٰوَٰتِ وَٱلۡأَرۡضَ فِي سِتَّةِ أَيَّامٖ ثُمَّ ٱسۡتَوَىٰ عَلَى ٱلۡعَرۡشِۖ يُدَبِّرُ ٱلۡأَمۡرَۖ مَا مِن شَفِيعٍ إِلَّا مِنۢ بَعۡدِ إِذۡنِهِۦۚ ذَٰلِكُمُ ٱللَّهُ رَبُّكُمۡ فَٱعۡبُدُوهُۚ أَفَلَا تَذَكَّرُونَ ﴾
[يُونس: 3]
﴿إن ربكم الله الذي خلق السموات والأرض في ستة أيام ثم استوى﴾ [يُونس: 3]
| Abdel Haleem Your Lord is God who created the heavens and earth in six Days, then established Himself on the Throne, governing everything; there is no one that can intercede with Him, unless He has first given permission: this is God your Lord so worship Him. How can you not take heed |
| Abdul Hye Surely, your Lord is Allah Who created the heavens and the earth in 6 days and then rose over the Throne (in a manner that suits His Majesty), and is disposing the affair of all things. No intercessor (can plead with Allah) except after His permission. This is Allah, your Lord; so worship Him (alone). Then, will you not remember |
| Abdullah Yusuf Ali Verily your Lord is Allah, who created the heavens and the earth in six days, and is firmly established on the throne (of authority), regulating and governing all things. No intercessor (can plead with Him) except after His leave (hath been obtained). This is Allah your Lord; Him therefore serve ye: will ye not receive admonition |
