﴿أَفَمَنِ ٱتَّبَعَ رِضۡوَٰنَ ٱللَّهِ كَمَنۢ بَآءَ بِسَخَطٖ مِّنَ ٱللَّهِ وَمَأۡوَىٰهُ جَهَنَّمُۖ وَبِئۡسَ ٱلۡمَصِيرُ ﴾
[آل عِمران: 162]
﴿أفمن اتبع رضوان الله كمن باء بسخط من الله ومأواه جهنم وبئس﴾ [آل عِمران: 162]
Abdel Haleem Can the man who pursues God’s good pleasure be like the man who has brought God’s wrath upon himself and whose home will be Hell- a foul destination |
Abdul Hye Can a person who follows the good pleasure of Allah, be like the one who is laden with the Wrath of Allah (by taking booty illegally)? Its abode is hell and the worst destination |
Abdullah Yusuf Ali Is the man who follows the good pleasure of Allah Like the man who draws on himself the wrath of Allah, and whose abode is in Hell?- A woeful refuge |
Abdul Majid Daryabadi Is then one who followeth the pleasure of Allah like unto him who hath settled under the displeasure of Allah? His resort is Hell, and ill is that destination |
