﴿يَمۡحَقُ ٱللَّهُ ٱلرِّبَوٰاْ وَيُرۡبِي ٱلصَّدَقَٰتِۗ وَٱللَّهُ لَا يُحِبُّ كُلَّ كَفَّارٍ أَثِيمٍ ﴾
[البَقَرَة: 276]
﴿يمحق الله الربا ويربي الصدقات والله لا يحب كل كفار أثيم﴾ [البَقَرَة: 276]
| Dr Kamal Omar Allah will destroy Riba and will increase in amount the Sadaqat. And Allah does not like all ungratefuls, sinners |
| Dr Laleh Bakhtiar God eliminates usury, and He causes charity to increase. And God loves not any sinful ingrate |
| Dr Munir Munshey Allah makes (the benefits of) interest decline (and dwindle), while He causes the charity to grow (and flourish). Allah dislikes all the unbelievers _ the (ungrateful) sinners |
| Edward Henry Palmer God shall blot out usury, but shall make almsgiving profitable, for God loves not any sinful misbeliever |
| Farook Malik Allah has laid His curse on usury and blessed charity to prosper. Allah does not love any ungrateful sinner |
