﴿وَإِنۡ خِفۡتُمۡ شِقَاقَ بَيۡنِهِمَا فَٱبۡعَثُواْ حَكَمٗا مِّنۡ أَهۡلِهِۦ وَحَكَمٗا مِّنۡ أَهۡلِهَآ إِن يُرِيدَآ إِصۡلَٰحٗا يُوَفِّقِ ٱللَّهُ بَيۡنَهُمَآۗ إِنَّ ٱللَّهَ كَانَ عَلِيمًا خَبِيرٗا ﴾
[النِّسَاء: 35]
﴿وإن خفتم شقاق بينهما فابعثوا حكما من أهله وحكما من أهلها إن﴾ [النِّسَاء: 35]
| Dr Kamal Omar And if you people (who happen to be in a position to do justice) apprehend a breach between these two, then appoint an arbitrator from his family, and an arbitrator from her family. If these two desired reconciliation, Allah will cause reconciliation between those two. Surely, Allah is All-Knower, All-Aware |
