﴿لِّلرِّجَالِ نَصِيبٞ مِّمَّا تَرَكَ ٱلۡوَٰلِدَانِ وَٱلۡأَقۡرَبُونَ وَلِلنِّسَآءِ نَصِيبٞ مِّمَّا تَرَكَ ٱلۡوَٰلِدَانِ وَٱلۡأَقۡرَبُونَ مِمَّا قَلَّ مِنۡهُ أَوۡ كَثُرَۚ نَصِيبٗا مَّفۡرُوضٗا ﴾
[النِّسَاء: 7]
﴿للرجال نصيب مما ترك الوالدان والأقربون وللنساء نصيب مما ترك الوالدان والأقربون﴾ [النِّسَاء: 7]
| Dr Kamal Omar For men (is) a share from what the parents left, as well as the nearest relations. And for women (is) a share from what the parents left, as well as the nearest relations — out of what happened to be meagre thereof or it happened to be enormous — a share specified |
