﴿فَمَآ أَغۡنَىٰ عَنۡهُم مَّا كَانُواْ يَكۡسِبُونَ ﴾
[الحِجر: 84]
﴿فما أغنى عنهم ما كانوا يكسبون﴾ [الحِجر: 84]
| Al Bilal Muhammad Et Al And of no avail to them was all that they did |
| Ali Bakhtiari Nejad Then what they were doing was of no use to them |
| Ali Quli Qarai and what they used to earn did not avail them |
| Ali Unal All (the wealth and power) that they acquired was of no avail to them |
| Hamid S Aziz And that which they counted as gain availed them naught |
| John Medows Rodwell And their labours availed them nothing |
| Literal So what they were gaining/acquiring did not enrich/suffice them from them (was of no benefit to them) |
| Mir Anees Original So that which they used to earn was of no use to them |
| Mir Aneesuddin So that which they used to earn was of no use to them |
