Quran with English translation - Surah Al-hashr ayat 4 - الحَشر - Page - Juz 28
﴿ذَٰلِكَ بِأَنَّهُمۡ شَآقُّواْ ٱللَّهَ وَرَسُولَهُۥۖ وَمَن يُشَآقِّ ٱللَّهَ فَإِنَّ ٱللَّهَ شَدِيدُ ٱلۡعِقَابِ ﴾
[الحَشر: 4]
﴿ذلك بأنهم شاقوا الله ورسوله ومن يشاق الله فإن الله شديد العقاب﴾ [الحَشر: 4]
| Al Bilal Muhammad Et Al Because they oppose God and His messenger, and if anyone opposes God, indeed God is severe in punishment |
| Ali Bakhtiari Nejad That is because they opposed God and His messenger, and whoever opposes God, then God is indeed severe in the punishment |
| Ali Quli Qarai That is because they defied Allah and His Apostle; and whoever defies Allah, Allah is indeed severe in retribution |
| Ali Unal This is because they defied and opposed God and His Messenger. Whoever deifies and opposes God, then surely God is severe in retribution |
| Hamid S Aziz That is because they acted in opposition to Allah and His Messenger, and whoever acts in opposition to Allah, then surely Allah is severe in retribution |
| John Medows Rodwell This because they set them against God and his apostle; and whoso setteth him against God. . . . ! God truly is vehement in punishing |
| Literal That (is) with that they defied/disobeyed God and His messenger, and who defies/disobeys God, so then God (is) strong (severe) in the punishment |
| Mir Anees Original That is because they opposed Allah and His messenger, and whoever opposes Allah then Allah is certainly severe in requiting |
