﴿يَٰنِسَآءَ ٱلنَّبِيِّ مَن يَأۡتِ مِنكُنَّ بِفَٰحِشَةٖ مُّبَيِّنَةٖ يُضَٰعَفۡ لَهَا ٱلۡعَذَابُ ضِعۡفَيۡنِۚ وَكَانَ ذَٰلِكَ عَلَى ٱللَّهِ يَسِيرٗا ﴾
[الأحزَاب: 30]
﴿يانساء النبي من يأت منكن بفاحشة مبينة يضاعف لها العذاب ضعفين وكان﴾ [الأحزَاب: 30]
| Shabbir Ahmed O Wives of the Prophet! (You will be seen as role models for other women, therefore), if any of you displays unseemly conduct, double would be her suffering, for indeed, that is easy for Allah |
| Syed Vickar Ahamed O Wives of the Prophet! If any of you were guilty of open ill-conduct, the punishment will be doubled to her, and that is easy for Allah (to do) |
