﴿يَسۡـَٔلُكَ ٱلنَّاسُ عَنِ ٱلسَّاعَةِۖ قُلۡ إِنَّمَا عِلۡمُهَا عِندَ ٱللَّهِۚ وَمَا يُدۡرِيكَ لَعَلَّ ٱلسَّاعَةَ تَكُونُ قَرِيبًا ﴾
[الأحزَاب: 63]
﴿يسألك الناس عن الساعة قل إنما علمها عند الله وما يدريك لعل﴾ [الأحزَاب: 63]
| Abdel Haleem People ask you about the Hour. Say, ‘God alone has knowledge of it.’ How could you [Prophet] know? The Hour may well be near |
| Abdul Hye People ask you about the Hour (of Judgment), say: “The knowledge of it is with Allah. What do you know? It may be that the Hour is near!” |
| Abdullah Yusuf Ali Men ask thee concerning the Hour: Say, "The knowledge thereof is with Allah (alone)": and what will make thee understand?- perchance the Hour is nigh |
