﴿أَفۡتَرَىٰ عَلَى ٱللَّهِ كَذِبًا أَم بِهِۦ جِنَّةُۢۗ بَلِ ٱلَّذِينَ لَا يُؤۡمِنُونَ بِٱلۡأٓخِرَةِ فِي ٱلۡعَذَابِ وَٱلضَّلَٰلِ ٱلۡبَعِيدِ ﴾
[سَبإ: 8]
﴿أفترى على الله كذبا أم به جنة بل الذين لا يؤمنون بالآخرة﴾ [سَبإ: 8]
| Abdel Haleem Has he invented a lie about God? Is he mad?’ No! It is those who do not believe in the life to come who will suffer torment, for they are in gross error |
| Abdul Hye Has he (Muhammad) invented a lie against Allah, or is there madness in him? Nay, but those who disbelieve in the Hereafter are in punishment, and in gross error |
| Abdullah Yusuf Ali Has he invented a falsehood against Allah, or has a spirit (seized) him?"- Nay, it is those who believe not in the Hereafter, that are in (real) Penalty, and in farthest error |
| Abdul Majid Daryabadi Hath he fabricated a lie against Allah, or is therein him a madness? Nay, but those who disbelieve in the Hereafter are themselves in a torment and error far-reaching |
| Ahmed Ali Has he fabricated a lie about God, or is he possessed?" Not so; but those who believe not in the Hereafter are themselves afflicted and far astray |
