﴿وَمَا عَلَيۡكَ أَلَّا يَزَّكَّىٰ ﴾
[عَبَسَ: 7]
﴿وما عليك ألا يزكى﴾ [عَبَسَ: 7]
| Abdel Haleem though you are not to be blamed for his lack of spiritual growth–– |
| Abdul Hye you will not be held responsible, if they would not purify themselves (your duty is to convey the message of Allah) |
| Abdullah Yusuf Ali Though it is no blame to thee if he grow not (in spiritual understanding) |
| Abdul Majid Daryabadi Whereas it is not on thee that he is not cleansed |
| Ahmed Ali Though it is not your concern if he should not grow (in fulness) |
| Aisha Bewley but it is not up to you whether or not he is purified |
| A. J. Arberry though it is not thy concern, if he does not cleanse himself |
