﴿لَّقَد تَّابَ ٱللَّهُ عَلَى ٱلنَّبِيِّ وَٱلۡمُهَٰجِرِينَ وَٱلۡأَنصَارِ ٱلَّذِينَ ٱتَّبَعُوهُ فِي سَاعَةِ ٱلۡعُسۡرَةِ مِنۢ بَعۡدِ مَا كَادَ يَزِيغُ قُلُوبُ فَرِيقٖ مِّنۡهُمۡ ثُمَّ تَابَ عَلَيۡهِمۡۚ إِنَّهُۥ بِهِمۡ رَءُوفٞ رَّحِيمٞ ﴾
[التوبَة: 117]
﴿لقد تاب الله على النبي والمهاجرين والأنصار الذين اتبعوه في ساعة العسرة﴾ [التوبَة: 117]
| Abdel Haleem In His mercy God has turned to the Prophet, and the emigrants and helpers who followed him in the hour of adversity when some hearts almost wavered: He has turned to them; He is most kind and merciful to them |
| Abdul Hye Allah forgave the prophet, the emigrants, and the helpers who followed him (Muhammad) in time of distress (Tabuk expedition), after the hearts of a party of them had nearly deviated (from Right Way), but He accepted repentance from them. Certainly, to them He is Kind, Merciful |
