who make their prayer unto Allah, their Creator, and to Him they - Surah Ar-Ra‘d ayat 20 in Tafsir

﴿ٱلَّذِينَ يُوفُونَ بِعَهۡدِ ٱللَّهِ وَلَا يَنقُضُونَ ٱلۡمِيثَٰقَ ﴾
[الرَّعد: 20]

who make their prayer unto Allah, their Creator, and to Him they render the vow, and they do not breach a legal or a moral bond nor an obligation or a promise

﴿الذين يوفون بعهد الله ولا ينقضون الميثاق﴾ [الرَّعد: 20]
