﴿وَٱلَّذِينَ يَصِلُونَ مَآ أَمَرَ ٱللَّهُ بِهِۦٓ أَن يُوصَلَ وَيَخۡشَوۡنَ رَبَّهُمۡ وَيَخَافُونَ سُوٓءَ ٱلۡحِسَابِ ﴾
[الرَّعد: 21]
﴿والذين يصلون ما أمر الله به أن يوصل ويخشون ربهم ويخافون سوء﴾ [الرَّعد: 21]
Dr Kamal Omar and those who join what Allah has commanded thereof that it shall be joined (this refers to the bonds of kinship, wombs and faith), and they show sincerity with their Nourisher-Sustainer and dread badness of Accountability |
Dr Laleh Bakhtiar and those who reach out to what God commanded be joined and dread their Lord and they fear the dire reckoning |
Dr Munir Munshey Those who establish that which Allah has enjoined, fear Allah and are afraid of the stringent reckoning |
Edward Henry Palmer and those who attain what God has bidden to be attained, and dread their Lord and fear the evil reckoning up |
Farook Malik and they are the ones who join together what Allah has commanded to be joined, who fear their Rabb and are afraid of a terrible reckoning |
George Sale and who join that which God hath commanded to be joined, and who fear their Lord, and dread an ill account |
Maududi who join together the ties which Allah has bidden to be joined; who fear their Lord and dread lest they are subjected to severe reckoning |
