﴿وَقَالَ ٱلَّذِينَ كَفَرُوٓاْ أَءِذَا كُنَّا تُرَٰبٗا وَءَابَآؤُنَآ أَئِنَّا لَمُخۡرَجُونَ ﴾
[النَّمل: 67]
﴿وقال الذين كفروا أئذا كنا ترابا وآباؤنا أئنا لمخرجون﴾ [النَّمل: 67]
| Dr Kamal Omar And those who have disbelieved said: “What, when we have become dust, and our fathers, shall we indeed, surely be brought out people (from our burial sites) |
| Dr Laleh Bakhtiar And those who were ungrateful said: When we had been earth dust like our fathers will we, truly, be ones who are brought out |
| Dr Munir Munshey Those who have rejected say, "Will we really come back (to life)? After we and our forefathers have turned into dust |
| Edward Henry Palmer And those who disbelieved said, 'What! when we have become dust and our fathers too, shall we indeed be brought forth |
| Farook Malik The unbelievers say: "What! When we and our fathers have become dust, shall we really be raised from the dead |
| George Sale And the unblievers say, when we and our fathers shall have been reduced to dust, shall we be taken forth from the grave |
| Maududi The unbelievers say: "When we become dust, we and our forefathers, shall we really be brought out (from our graves) |
