﴿لَقَدۡ وُعِدۡنَا هَٰذَا نَحۡنُ وَءَابَآؤُنَا مِن قَبۡلُ إِنۡ هَٰذَآ إِلَّآ أَسَٰطِيرُ ٱلۡأَوَّلِينَ ﴾
[النَّمل: 68]
﴿لقد وعدنا هذا نحن وآباؤنا من قبل إن هذا إلا أساطير الأولين﴾ [النَّمل: 68]
| Dr Kamal Omar Truly, indeed we were promised this — we, and our fathers, since before; it is not but writings of the earlier people.” |
| Dr Laleh Bakhtiar Certainly, we were promised this, we and our fathers before. Truly, this is nothing but fables of the ancient ones |
