﴿فَأَخَذَتۡهُمُ ٱلرَّجۡفَةُ فَأَصۡبَحُواْ فِي دَارِهِمۡ جَٰثِمِينَ ﴾
[الأعرَاف: 78]
﴿فأخذتهم الرجفة فأصبحوا في دارهم جاثمين﴾ [الأعرَاف: 78]
| Dr Kamal Omar So the earthquake seized them and they faced the morning in their houses as those who are lying dead (on the ground) |
| Dr Laleh Bakhtiar So the quaking of the earth took them. And it came to be in the morning they were in their abodes ones who are fallen prostrate |
| Dr Munir Munshey Consequently, an earthquake seized them. The next morning found them lifeless in their homes, lying face down (in dirt) |
