﴿وَيَقُولُونَ مَتَىٰ هَٰذَا ٱلۡوَعۡدُ إِن كُنتُمۡ صَٰدِقِينَ ﴾
[يُونس: 48]
﴿ويقولون متى هذا الوعد إن كنتم صادقين﴾ [يُونس: 48]
| Mohammad Habib Shakir And they say: When will this threat come about, if you are truthful |
| Mohammad Shafi And they ask, "When will this prophecy come about, if what you say is true |
| Mohammed Marmaduke William Pickthall And they say: When will this promise be fulfilled, if ye are truthful |
| Mufti Taqi Usmani They say, “When will this promise (of punishment to the disbelievers) be fulfilled if you are true?” |
| Muhammad Asad And yet, they [who deny the truth] are wont to ask, "When is that promise [of resurrection and judgment] to be fulfilled? [Answer this, O you who believe in it,] if you are men of truth |
