﴿ٱلَّذِينَ ءَاتَيۡنَٰهُمُ ٱلۡكِتَٰبَ يَتۡلُونَهُۥ حَقَّ تِلَاوَتِهِۦٓ أُوْلَٰٓئِكَ يُؤۡمِنُونَ بِهِۦۗ وَمَن يَكۡفُرۡ بِهِۦ فَأُوْلَٰٓئِكَ هُمُ ٱلۡخَٰسِرُونَ ﴾
[البَقَرَة: 121]
﴿الذين آتيناهم الكتاب يتلونه حق تلاوته أولئك يؤمنون به ومن يكفر به﴾ [البَقَرَة: 121]
| Mohammad Habib Shakir Those to whom We have given the Book read it as it ought to be read. These believe in it; and whoever disbelieves in it, these it is that are the losers |
| Mohammad Shafi Those, upon whom We have bestowed the Book, recite and follow it as it ought to be recited and followed. Those are the ones who believe therein! And those who wantonly suppress and deny the Truth thereof — those are the ones doomed |
