Quran with British translation - Surah Al-Anbiya’ ayat 77 - الأنبيَاء - Page - Juz 17
﴿وَنَصَرۡنَٰهُ مِنَ ٱلۡقَوۡمِ ٱلَّذِينَ كَذَّبُواْ بِـَٔايَٰتِنَآۚ إِنَّهُمۡ كَانُواْ قَوۡمَ سَوۡءٖ فَأَغۡرَقۡنَٰهُمۡ أَجۡمَعِينَ ﴾
[الأنبيَاء: 77]
﴿ونصرناه من القوم الذين كذبوا بآياتنا إنهم كانوا قوم سوء فأغرقناهم أجمعين﴾ [الأنبيَاء: 77]
| Mohammad Habib Shakir And We helped him against the people who rejected Our communications; surely they were an evil people, so We drowned them all |
| Mohammad Shafi And We helped him against the people who rejected Our Verses/signs. They were indeed a wicked people, and so We drowned them all |
| Mohammed Marmaduke William Pickthall And delivered him from the people who denied Our revelations. Lo! they were folk of evil, therefor did We drown them all |
