﴿وَبِكُفۡرِهِمۡ وَقَوۡلِهِمۡ عَلَىٰ مَرۡيَمَ بُهۡتَٰنًا عَظِيمٗا ﴾
[النِّسَاء: 156]
﴿وبكفرهم وقولهم على مريم بهتانا عظيما﴾ [النِّسَاء: 156]
| Mohammad Habib Shakir And for their unbelief and for their having uttered against Marium a grievous calumny |
| Mohammad Shafi And because of their suppression of the Truth and their having uttered against Mary a grave calumny |
| Mohammed Marmaduke William Pickthall And because of their disbelief and of their speaking against Mary a tremendous calumny |
| Mufti Taqi Usmani and for their disbelief and for what they said against Maryam as a grim imputation |
