﴿مَّآ أَصَابَكَ مِنۡ حَسَنَةٖ فَمِنَ ٱللَّهِۖ وَمَآ أَصَابَكَ مِن سَيِّئَةٖ فَمِن نَّفۡسِكَۚ وَأَرۡسَلۡنَٰكَ لِلنَّاسِ رَسُولٗاۚ وَكَفَىٰ بِٱللَّهِ شَهِيدٗا ﴾
[النِّسَاء: 79]
﴿ما أصابك من حسنة فمن الله وما أصابك من سيئة فمن نفسك﴾ [النِّسَاء: 79]
| Mohammad Habib Shakir Whatever benefit comes to you (O man!), it is from Allah, and whatever misfortune befalls you, it is from yourself, and We have sent you (O Prophet!), to mankind as an apostle; and Allah is sufficient as a witness |
| Mohammad Shafi Whatever good comes to you, it is from Allah. And whatever bad befalls you, it is from you yourself." And We have sent you as Messenger to mankind. And Allah is sufficient as Witness |
