﴿إِنَّمَا وَلِيُّكُمُ ٱللَّهُ وَرَسُولُهُۥ وَٱلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُواْ ٱلَّذِينَ يُقِيمُونَ ٱلصَّلَوٰةَ وَيُؤۡتُونَ ٱلزَّكَوٰةَ وَهُمۡ رَٰكِعُونَ ﴾
[المَائدة: 55]
﴿إنما وليكم الله ورسوله والذين آمنوا الذين يقيمون الصلاة ويؤتون الزكاة وهم﴾ [المَائدة: 55]
Mohammad Habib Shakir Only Allah is your Vali and His Apostle and those who believe, those who keep up prayers and pay the poor-rate while they bow |
Mohammad Shafi Your only close friends are Allah, His Messenger and those who believe, establish prayers, give charity and bow down in submission to Allah |
Mohammed Marmaduke William Pickthall Your guardian can be only Allah; and His messenger and those who believe, who establish worship and pay the poordue, and bow down (in prayer) |
Mufti Taqi Usmani Your only friend is Allah, then His Messenger and those who believe, who establish Salāh and pay Zakāh and bow before Allah |
