﴿أَمۡ تَسۡـَٔلُهُمۡ أَجۡرٗا فَهُم مِّن مَّغۡرَمٖ مُّثۡقَلُونَ ﴾
[القَلَم: 46]
﴿أم تسألهم أجرا فهم من مغرم مثقلون﴾ [القَلَم: 46]
Mohammad Habib Shakir Or do you ask from them a reward, so that they are burdened with debt |
Mohammad Shafi Or do you demand some reward from them that would weigh them down with debt |
Mohammed Marmaduke William Pickthall Or dost thou (Muhammad) ask a fee from them so that they are heavily taxed |
Mufti Taqi Usmani Is it that you ask them for a fee, due to which they are burdened with debt |
