Quran with English translation - Surah Al-Baqarah ayat 164 - البَقَرَة - Page - Juz 2
﴿إِنَّ فِي خَلۡقِ ٱلسَّمَٰوَٰتِ وَٱلۡأَرۡضِ وَٱخۡتِلَٰفِ ٱلَّيۡلِ وَٱلنَّهَارِ وَٱلۡفُلۡكِ ٱلَّتِي تَجۡرِي فِي ٱلۡبَحۡرِ بِمَا يَنفَعُ ٱلنَّاسَ وَمَآ أَنزَلَ ٱللَّهُ مِنَ ٱلسَّمَآءِ مِن مَّآءٖ فَأَحۡيَا بِهِ ٱلۡأَرۡضَ بَعۡدَ مَوۡتِهَا وَبَثَّ فِيهَا مِن كُلِّ دَآبَّةٖ وَتَصۡرِيفِ ٱلرِّيَٰحِ وَٱلسَّحَابِ ٱلۡمُسَخَّرِ بَيۡنَ ٱلسَّمَآءِ وَٱلۡأَرۡضِ لَأٓيَٰتٖ لِّقَوۡمٖ يَعۡقِلُونَ ﴾
[البَقَرَة: 164]
﴿إن في خلق السموات والأرض واختلاف الليل والنهار والفلك التي تجري في﴾ [البَقَرَة: 164]
| Al Bilal Muhammad Et Al Indeed in the creation of the heavens and the earth. In the alternation of the night and the day. In the sailing of the ships through the ocean for the profit of humanity. In the rain that God sends down from the skies. And the life which He gives to land that is dead. In the creatures of all kinds that He scatters through the earth. In the change of the winds, and the clouds which they trail like their slaves between the sky and the earth. Indeed in these are signs for people who are wise |
| Ali Bakhtiari Nejad Indeed for those who understand, there are signs in the creation of the skies and the earth, and the alternation (and the difference) between the day and the nights, and the ships that sail on the sea for benefit of the people, and what God sends down from the sky of rain to bring the land back to life after its death, and scattering all kinds of living creatures in it, and changing of the winds and the clouds under control between the sky and the earth |
| Ali Quli Qarai Indeed in the creation of the heavens and the earth, and the alternation of night and day, and the ships that sail at sea with profit to men, and the water that Allah sends down from the sky—with which He revives the earth after its death, and scatters therein every kind of animal—and the changing of the winds, and the clouds disposed between the sky and the earth, there are surely signs for a people who exercise their reason |
| Ali Unal Surely in the creation of the heavens and the earth, and the alternation of night and day (with their periods shortening and lengthening), and the vessels sailing in the sea with profit to people, and the water that God sends down from the sky, therewith reviving the earth after its death and dispersing therein all kinds of living creatures, and His disposal of the winds, and the clouds subservient between sky and earth – surely there are signs (demonstrating that He is the One God deserving worship, and the sole Refuge and Helper) for a people who use their reason |

| Literal That in the skies`/space`s and the earth`s/Planet Earth`s creation, and the night`s and the daytime`s difference, and the ships which run/pass in the large body of water (sea) with what benefits the people, and what God descended from the sky from water, so He revived with it the earth after its death/lifelessness and He scattered/distributed , in it from every walker/creeper/crawler and sending away/diverting the winds/breezes and the clouds, the manipulated/subjugated between the sky and the earth, (are)signs/evidences (E) for a nation, reasoning/understanding |
