Quran with English translation - Surah Al-Ma’idah ayat 97 - المَائدة - Page - Juz 7
﴿۞ جَعَلَ ٱللَّهُ ٱلۡكَعۡبَةَ ٱلۡبَيۡتَ ٱلۡحَرَامَ قِيَٰمٗا لِّلنَّاسِ وَٱلشَّهۡرَ ٱلۡحَرَامَ وَٱلۡهَدۡيَ وَٱلۡقَلَٰٓئِدَۚ ذَٰلِكَ لِتَعۡلَمُوٓاْ أَنَّ ٱللَّهَ يَعۡلَمُ مَا فِي ٱلسَّمَٰوَٰتِ وَمَا فِي ٱلۡأَرۡضِ وَأَنَّ ٱللَّهَ بِكُلِّ شَيۡءٍ عَلِيمٌ ﴾
[المَائدة: 97]
﴿جعل الله الكعبة البيت الحرام قياما للناس والشهر الحرام والهدي والقلائد ذلك﴾ [المَائدة: 97]
| Al Bilal Muhammad Et Al God made the Kaaba, the Sacred House, a sanctuary for people, and also the sacred months, the animals for offerings, and the garlands that identify them, that you may know that God has knowledge of what is in the heavens and on earth, and that God is well acquainted with all things |
| Ali Bakhtiari Nejad God made the Ka’aba, the sacred house, a source of support and a safe station for the people, and so are the sacred months and the offering (of sacrifice) and the collared offerings. That is for you to know that God knows what is in the skies and what is in the earth, and God knows everything |
| Ali Quli Qarai Allah has made the Ka‘bah, the Sacred House, a [means of] sustentation for mankind, and [also] the sacred month, the offering and the garlands, so that you may know that Allah knows whatever there is in the heavens and whatever there is in the earth, and that Allah has knowledge of all things |
| Ali Unal God has made the Ka‘bah, the Sacred House, a standard and maintenance for the people, and also the Sacred Months (during which fighting is forbidden), and the animals for sacrificial offering, and the (camels wearing the sacrificial) collars. That is so that you may know that God knows whatever is in the heavens and whatever is on the earth, and that God has full knowledge of everything |
| Hamid S Aziz Allah has made the Kaaba, the Sacred House, to be a standard (or an Asylum of Security) for men, and also the Sacred Month, and the Offering (sacrifices) and its Garland (which mark them); this is so that you may know that Allah knows what is in the heave |
| John Medows Rodwell God hath appointed the Caaba, the sacred house, to be a station for mankind, and the sacred month, and the offering, and its ornaments. This, that ye may know that God knoweth all that is in the heavens and on the earth, and that God hath knowledge of everything |
