Quran with English translation - Surah Al-A‘raf ayat 135 - الأعرَاف - Page - Juz 9
﴿فَلَمَّا كَشَفۡنَا عَنۡهُمُ ٱلرِّجۡزَ إِلَىٰٓ أَجَلٍ هُم بَٰلِغُوهُ إِذَا هُمۡ يَنكُثُونَ ﴾
[الأعرَاف: 135]
﴿فلما كشفنا عنهم الرجز إلى أجل هم بالغوه إذا هم ينكثون﴾ [الأعرَاف: 135]
| Al Bilal Muhammad Et Al But every time We removed the penalty from them according to a fixed term which they had to fulfill, behold, they broke their promise |
| Ali Bakhtiari Nejad So when We removed the plague from them for a period of time which they reached it, then they break (their promise) |
| Ali Quli Qarai But when We had removed the plague from them until a term that they should have completed, behold, they broke their promise |
| Ali Unal But when We removed the plague from them for a term in which they were to fulfill (what they promised), they then broke their promise |
| Hamid S Aziz But when We removed the penalty from them, according to an appointed term which they had to fulfil, lo! then they broke their promise |
| John Medows Rodwell But when we had taken off the plague from them, and the time which God had granted them had expired, behold! they broke their promise |
| Literal So when We removed/uncovered (relieved) from them the filth/torture to a term/time they, they are reaching it, then they are breaching/violating |
