﴿وَجَمَعَ فَأَوۡعَىٰٓ ﴾
[المَعَارج: 18]
﴿وجمع فأوعى﴾ [المَعَارج: 18]
| Al Bilal Muhammad Et Al Collecting and hiding it |
| Ali Bakhtiari Nejad and collected and withheld (his wealth) |
| Ali Quli Qarai amassing [wealth] and hoarding [it] |
| Ali Unal And amass wealth and withhold it (from spending in God’s cause and for the needy) |
| Hamid S Aziz And amasses wealth then locks it up |
| John Medows Rodwell And amassed and hoarded |
| Literal And gathered/collected , so he comprehended/accepted |
| Mir Anees Original and amassed (wealth) then withheld (it) |
| Mir Aneesuddin and amassed (wealth) then withheld (it) |
