﴿وَٱلَّذِي قَدَّرَ فَهَدَىٰ ﴾
[الأعلى: 3]
﴿والذي قدر فهدى﴾ [الأعلى: 3]
| Shabbir Ahmed And Who appoints due measure and then shows the way (to all things as to their functions) |
