﴿إِنَّ ٱلَّذِينَ لَا يَرۡجُونَ لِقَآءَنَا وَرَضُواْ بِٱلۡحَيَوٰةِ ٱلدُّنۡيَا وَٱطۡمَأَنُّواْ بِهَا وَٱلَّذِينَ هُمۡ عَنۡ ءَايَٰتِنَا غَٰفِلُونَ ﴾
[يُونس: 7]
﴿إن الذين لا يرجون لقاءنا ورضوا بالحياة الدنيا واطمأنوا بها والذين هم﴾ [يُونس: 7]
| Abdel Haleem Those who do not expect to meet Us and are pleased with the life of this world, contenting themselves with it and paying no heed to Our signs |
| Abdul Hye Surely, those who don’t hope for their meeting (Day of Judgment) with Us, but are pleased and satisfied with the life of the present world, and those who are heedless of Allah’s revelations |
| Abdullah Yusuf Ali Those who rest not their hope on their meeting with Us, but are pleased and satisfied with the life of the present, and those who heed not Our Signs |
| Abdul Majid Daryabadi Verily those who hope not for meeting with us, and, well- pleased with the life of the world, and are satisfied therewith, and those who are neglectful of our signs |
| Ahmed Ali As for those who do not hope to meet Us (after death), and are content with the life of this world, who are oblivious of Our signs |
| Aisha Bewley As for those who do not expect to meet Us and are content with the life of the dunya and at rest in it, and those who are heedless of Our Signs |
