﴿فَعَقَرُوهَا فَقَالَ تَمَتَّعُواْ فِي دَارِكُمۡ ثَلَٰثَةَ أَيَّامٖۖ ذَٰلِكَ وَعۡدٌ غَيۡرُ مَكۡذُوبٖ ﴾
[هُود: 65]
﴿فعقروها فقال تمتعوا في داركم ثلاثة أيام ذلك وعد غير مكذوب﴾ [هُود: 65]
| Abdel Haleem But they hamstrung it, so he said, ‘Enjoy life for another three days |
| Abdul Hye But they killed her. So he said: “Enjoy yourselves in your homes for 3 days. This is a promise that will not be denied.” |
| Abdullah Yusuf Ali But they did ham-string her. So he said: "Enjoy yourselves in your homes for three days: (Then will be your ruin): (Behold) there a promise not to be belied |
| Abdul Majid Daryabadi Yet they hamstrang her. Then he said: enjoy yourselves in your dwellings three days: that is a promise, not to be falsified |
