﴿فَلَمَّا رَجَعُوٓاْ إِلَىٰٓ أَبِيهِمۡ قَالُواْ يَٰٓأَبَانَا مُنِعَ مِنَّا ٱلۡكَيۡلُ فَأَرۡسِلۡ مَعَنَآ أَخَانَا نَكۡتَلۡ وَإِنَّا لَهُۥ لَحَٰفِظُونَ ﴾
[يُوسُف: 63]
﴿فلما رجعوا إلى أبيهم قالوا ياأبانا منع منا الكيل فأرسل معنا أخانا﴾ [يُوسُف: 63]
Abdel Haleem When they returned to their father, they said, ‘Father, we have been denied any more corn, but send our brother back with us and we shall be given another measure. We shall guard him carefully.’ |
Abdul Hye When they returned to their father, they said: “O our father! Measure of grain has been denied for us (unless we take our brother Benjamin). Send our brother with us so that we may get our measure and truly we are guardians for him.” |
