﴿وَفِي ٱلۡأَرۡضِ قِطَعٞ مُّتَجَٰوِرَٰتٞ وَجَنَّٰتٞ مِّنۡ أَعۡنَٰبٖ وَزَرۡعٞ وَنَخِيلٞ صِنۡوَانٞ وَغَيۡرُ صِنۡوَانٖ يُسۡقَىٰ بِمَآءٖ وَٰحِدٖ وَنُفَضِّلُ بَعۡضَهَا عَلَىٰ بَعۡضٖ فِي ٱلۡأُكُلِۚ إِنَّ فِي ذَٰلِكَ لَأٓيَٰتٖ لِّقَوۡمٖ يَعۡقِلُونَ ﴾
[الرَّعد: 4]
﴿وفي الأرض قطع متجاورات وجنات من أعناب وزرع ونخيل صنوان وغير صنوان﴾ [الرَّعد: 4]
| Abdel Haleem There are, in the land, neighbouring plots, gardens of vineyards, cornfields, palm trees in clusters or otherwise, all watered with the same water, yet We make some of them taste better than others: there truly are signs in this for people who reason |
| Abdul Hye And in the earth there are tracts side by side, gardens of vines, green crop fields and date-palms growing into 2 or 3 from a single stem root, or otherwise one stem root for every palm, watered with the same water, yet We make more excellent some of them than others in taste. Surely, in these things, there are signs for the people who understand |
