﴿وَقَٰتِلُواْ فِي سَبِيلِ ٱللَّهِ ٱلَّذِينَ يُقَٰتِلُونَكُمۡ وَلَا تَعۡتَدُوٓاْۚ إِنَّ ٱللَّهَ لَا يُحِبُّ ٱلۡمُعۡتَدِينَ ﴾
[البَقَرَة: 190]
﴿وقاتلوا في سبيل الله الذين يقاتلونكم ولا تعتدوا إن الله لا يحب﴾ [البَقَرَة: 190]
| Abdel Haleem Fight in God’s cause against those who fight you, but do not overstep the limits: God does not love those who overstep the limits |
| Abdul Hye And fight in the way of Allah (against) those who fight you, but don’t exceed (limit). Surely, Allah does not like the transgressors |
| Abdullah Yusuf Ali Fight in the cause of Allah those who fight you, but do not transgress limits; for Allah loveth not transgressors |
| Abdul Majid Daryabadi And fight in the way of Allah those who fight you, and transgress not; verily Allah loveth not the transgressors |
