﴿إِذۡ قَالَتِ ٱلۡمَلَٰٓئِكَةُ يَٰمَرۡيَمُ إِنَّ ٱللَّهَ يُبَشِّرُكِ بِكَلِمَةٖ مِّنۡهُ ٱسۡمُهُ ٱلۡمَسِيحُ عِيسَى ٱبۡنُ مَرۡيَمَ وَجِيهٗا فِي ٱلدُّنۡيَا وَٱلۡأٓخِرَةِ وَمِنَ ٱلۡمُقَرَّبِينَ ﴾
[آل عِمران: 45]
﴿إذ قالت الملائكة يامريم إن الله يبشرك بكلمة منه اسمه المسيح عيسى﴾ [آل عِمران: 45]
| Abdel Haleem The angels said, ‘Mary, God gives you news of a Word from Him, whose name will be the Messiah, Jesus, son of Mary, who will be held in honour in this world and the next, who will be one of those brought near to God |
| Abdul Hye (Remember) when the angels said: “O Mary! Surely, Allah gives you the glad tidings of a word (that you will have a son) from Him; his name will be Messiah Isa (Jesus Christ), the son of Mary. He will be honored in this world and the Hereafter, and will be one of those who are near to Allah |
