﴿لَّقَدۡ كَانَ لَكُمۡ فِي رَسُولِ ٱللَّهِ أُسۡوَةٌ حَسَنَةٞ لِّمَن كَانَ يَرۡجُواْ ٱللَّهَ وَٱلۡيَوۡمَ ٱلۡأٓخِرَ وَذَكَرَ ٱللَّهَ كَثِيرٗا ﴾
[الأحزَاب: 21]
﴿لقد كان لكم في رسول الله أسوة حسنة لمن كان يرجو الله﴾ [الأحزَاب: 21]
| Abdel Haleem The Messenger of God is an excellent model for those of you who put your hope in God and the Last Day and remember Him often |
| Abdul Hye Indeed, you have in the Messenger of Allah (Muhammad) the ‘best example’ (to follow) for those who hope to (meet with) Allah, the Last Day, and remember Allah much |
| Abdullah Yusuf Ali Ye have indeed in the Messenger of Allah a beautiful pattern (of conduct) for any one whose hope is in Allah and the Final Day, and who engages much in the Praise of Allah |
| Abdul Majid Daryabadi Assuredly there hath been for you: in the apostle of Allah an excellent pattern for him who hopeth in Allah and the Last Day and remembereth Allah much |
