﴿وَإِذَا قِيلَ لَهُمۡ تَعَالَوۡاْ إِلَىٰ مَآ أَنزَلَ ٱللَّهُ وَإِلَى ٱلرَّسُولِ رَأَيۡتَ ٱلۡمُنَٰفِقِينَ يَصُدُّونَ عَنكَ صُدُودٗا ﴾
[النِّسَاء: 61]
﴿وإذا قيل لهم تعالوا إلى ما أنـزل الله وإلى الرسول رأيت المنافقين﴾ [النِّسَاء: 61]
| Abdel Haleem When they are told, ‘Turn to God’s revelations and the Messenger [for judgement],’ you see the hypocrites turn right away from you [Prophet] |
| Abdul Hye When it is said to them: “Come to what Allah has sent down and to the Messenger (Muhammad),” you (Muhammad) see the hypocrites turn away from you with dislike |
| Abdullah Yusuf Ali When it is said to them: "Come to what Allah hath revealed, and to the Messenger": Thou seest the Hypocrites avert their faces from thee in disgust |
