﴿إِلَّا ٱلۡمُسۡتَضۡعَفِينَ مِنَ ٱلرِّجَالِ وَٱلنِّسَآءِ وَٱلۡوِلۡدَٰنِ لَا يَسۡتَطِيعُونَ حِيلَةٗ وَلَا يَهۡتَدُونَ سَبِيلٗا ﴾
[النِّسَاء: 98]
﴿إلا المستضعفين من الرجال والنساء والولدان لا يستطيعون حيلة ولا يهتدون سبيلا﴾ [النِّسَاء: 98]
| Abdel Haleem but not so the truly helpless men, women, and children who have no means in their power nor any way to leave |
| Abdul Hye Except the oppressed ones from men, women and children who cannot devise a plan, and they cannot direct their way |
| Abdullah Yusuf Ali Except those who are (really) weak and oppressed - men, women, and children - who have no means in their power, nor (a guide-post) to their way |
