﴿وَٱلَّذِينَ يَجۡتَنِبُونَ كَبَٰٓئِرَ ٱلۡإِثۡمِ وَٱلۡفَوَٰحِشَ وَإِذَا مَا غَضِبُواْ هُمۡ يَغۡفِرُونَ ﴾
[الشُّوري: 37]
﴿والذين يجتنبون كبائر الإثم والفواحش وإذا ما غضبوا هم يغفرون﴾ [الشُّوري: 37]
| Abdel Haleem who shun great sins and gross indecencies; who forgive when they are angry |
| Abdul Hye avoid major sins and shameful deeds, forgive even when they are angry |
| Abdullah Yusuf Ali Those who avoid the greater crimes and shameful deeds, and, when they are angry even then forgive |
