﴿فَمَا وَجَدۡنَا فِيهَا غَيۡرَ بَيۡتٖ مِّنَ ٱلۡمُسۡلِمِينَ ﴾
[الذَّاريَات: 36]
﴿فما وجدنا فيها غير بيت من المسلمين﴾ [الذَّاريَات: 36]
| Abdel Haleem We found only one household devoted to God |
| Abdul Hye but We found none in it except one household of the Muslims (Lot and his 2 daughters) |
| Abdullah Yusuf Ali But We found not there any just (Muslim) persons except in one house |
| Abdul Majid Daryabadi And We found not therein more than one house of the Muslims |
| Ahmed Ali But did not find more than a single family of believers |
| Aisha Bewley but found in it only one house of Muslims |
| A. J. Arberry but We found not therein except one house of those that have surrendered themselves |
