﴿وَنُقَلِّبُ أَفۡـِٔدَتَهُمۡ وَأَبۡصَٰرَهُمۡ كَمَا لَمۡ يُؤۡمِنُواْ بِهِۦٓ أَوَّلَ مَرَّةٖ وَنَذَرُهُمۡ فِي طُغۡيَٰنِهِمۡ يَعۡمَهُونَ ﴾
[الأنعَام: 110]
﴿ونقلب أفئدتهم وأبصارهم كما لم يؤمنوا به أول مرة ونذرهم في طغيانهم﴾ [الأنعَام: 110]
| Abdel Haleem We would make their hearts and their eyes turn away, just as they did not believe the first time, and leave them to flounder in their obstinacy |
| Abdul Hye And We shall turn their hearts and their eyes (away from guidance), as they did not believe in it for the first time, and We shall leave them in their tyranny to wander blindly |
| Abdullah Yusuf Ali We (too) shall turn to (confusion) their hearts and their eyes, even as they refused to believe in this in the first instance: We shall leave them in their trespasses, to wander in distraction |
