﴿وَإِذۡ تَأَذَّنَ رَبُّكَ لَيَبۡعَثَنَّ عَلَيۡهِمۡ إِلَىٰ يَوۡمِ ٱلۡقِيَٰمَةِ مَن يَسُومُهُمۡ سُوٓءَ ٱلۡعَذَابِۗ إِنَّ رَبَّكَ لَسَرِيعُ ٱلۡعِقَابِ وَإِنَّهُۥ لَغَفُورٞ رَّحِيمٞ ﴾
[الأعرَاف: 167]
﴿وإذ تأذن ربك ليبعثن عليهم إلى يوم القيامة من يسومهم سوء العذاب﴾ [الأعرَاف: 167]
| Abdel Haleem And then your Lord declared that, until the Day of Resurrection, He would send people against them to inflict terrible suffering on them. Your Lord is swift in punishment but He is most forgiving and merciful |
| Abdul Hye And (remember) when your Lord declared that He would send upon them others who would afflict them with a grievous punishment till the Day of Resurrection. Surely, your Lord is swift in persecution and He is Forgiving, Merciful |
