﴿وَلَا تُصَلِّ عَلَىٰٓ أَحَدٖ مِّنۡهُم مَّاتَ أَبَدٗا وَلَا تَقُمۡ عَلَىٰ قَبۡرِهِۦٓۖ إِنَّهُمۡ كَفَرُواْ بِٱللَّهِ وَرَسُولِهِۦ وَمَاتُواْ وَهُمۡ فَٰسِقُونَ ﴾
[التوبَة: 84]
﴿ولا تصل على أحد منهم مات أبدا ولا تقم على قبره إنهم﴾ [التوبَة: 84]
| Abdel Haleem Do not hold prayers for any of them if they die, and do not stand by their graves: they disbelieved in God and His Messenger and died rebellious |
| Abdul Hye And never (O Muhammad) pray (funeral prayer) for any of them (hypocrites) who dies, nor stand at their graves. Certainly they disbelieved in Allah and His Messenger, and they died while they were disobedient |
| Abdullah Yusuf Ali Nor do thou ever pray for any of them that dies, nor stand at his grave; for they rejected Allah and His Messenger, and died in a state of perverse rebellion |
